For products with RelaxRate
For our RelaxRate customers, professional repair and maintenance services are included. Your machine is monitored and if you have an issue, you can send your service request directly online via our Customer Self-Service Portal. Your service request will be checked, and we will try to solve it remotely. If an intervention by our Field Service Technicians is required, we will send one out up to your availability and solve the issue on-site as fast as possible.
For products purchased directly:
