The return policy depends on your selected purchasing option.

For products with RelaxRate

If you rent your printer with RelaxRate, we offer you a full service. If your product is not working as it should, please access our Customer Self-Service Portal and raise a service ticket. Our professional Field Service Technicians will check your printer and if you need to get a new one, we will organize a replacement for you.

For products purchased directly:

If you purchase a product, you can only return it if it is broken on arrival. In this situation, please contact our Customer Support team to plan the next steps. Once contacted, they will collect your device and arrange an exchange with a new or refurbished device. When returning a broken printer, it must be returned in its original packaging.

If you bought your printer with an extra warranty, this gives you an extra 2 years of warranty.
